Board meetings
Meeting information
The Licensing Committee meets monthly to review new license and license reissuance applicants, as well as other business. The meetings are open to the public.
Board and Committee meetings will be held in person, but some Board or Committee members may attend remotely.
Please be advised that typically there are two separate meetings taking place on the same day. The Licensing Committee will meet at 10 a.m., and the full Board will meet at 11 a.m., unless otherwise noted.
If necessary the board may adjourn the meeting pursuant to Minnesota open meeting laws to discuss any disciplinary matters. After the closed door session the board will open the meeting to the public and then adjourn the Board meeting again at the conclusion of the meeting.
Attending a meeting
The meeting schedule is posted below. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted.
Meeting location
If you choose to attend either a Board Meeting or Licensing Committee meeting in person, please arrive at 1430 Maryland Ave. E, St. Paul, MN 55106, and use the guest parking lot, indicated by signs to direct you to the front of the building. There will be a sign-in sheet for all guests.

If you would like more information on instructions to attend the meeting or addressing the Board at a meeting, email the PDB at least seven days before the upcoming meeting you wish to attend. Please see below for meeting details and links for remote attendance.
