Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) agents and analysts work with local law enforcement agencies on cold case homicide investigations. 

Agents work the cases in the communities and jurisdictions where they live and work every day, utilizing knowledge of the local community and the latest in forensic advancements to solve these cases.

Spotlight on Crime

Spotlight on Crime is a fund that provides cash rewards for information that helps solve violent crimes. It is a collaboration between members of the Minnesota Business Partnership and public safety officials.
