Information Available to Criminal Justice Agencies
Access to the POR Registration Search website is open only to pre-authorized criminal justice agencies. For authorization, law enforcement professionals should contact the BCA Service Desk at 651-793-2500, 888-234-1119 or bca.servicedesk@state.mn.us.
Registration forms, including registration and change of address, are located on the POR website. You must have a user ID and password to access POR forms.
