Time with Training for DRs and DLAs
The Driver and Vehicles Services (DVS) training team hosts monthly training for deputy registrars (DRs) and driver's license agents (DLAs). Make it a priority for your office staff to attend training each month. It's an important way to stay informed of legislative and business process changes.
- Watch your email at the beginning of each month for an agenda for the coming month.
- The reminder sent the day before training begins includes the handouts for that month.
