Apply for a Permit 

Permits are applied for online through e-Services.

For your application you will need the following information: 

• Valid Interstate U.S. Department of Transportation number. 

• Vehicle information including full vehicle identification number, make and model year. 

• License plate number. 

• Bank information to submit ACH payment – credit card payments require an additional 2.15 percent service fee. 

• Email address where valid permit can be sent.
