​Supervised Driving Log (06/2021)

Students who complete their driver education behind the wheel instruction on or after January 1, 2015, will be required to submit this driving log.


Note: The number of practice driving hours with a parent or guardian will change on January 1, 2015 (see Minnesota Statute 171.055, Subd. 1).  A road test will only be administered if the required number of hours are met.
