ARMER Cost Audit

As part of the 2007 legislation authorizing the completion of the statewide public safety radio system, the Department of Public Safety was required to conduct a comprehensive audit of the cost estimates for the completion of the ARMER backbone in Phase 456.

 

ARMER Revenue Bond

 

As part of the 2007 legislation authorizing the completion of the statewide public safety radio system, the Department of Public Safety was required to determine whether the increase in the 911 fee provided for in Chapter 54, 2007 Laws of Minnesota would support the debt service payments for revenue bonds authorized to fund the construction of the ARMER project in Phases 456. 

 

Minnesota Public Safety Wireless Broadband Data Network Requirements Study

This comprehensive study was conducted through 2010-2012 to assess the needs of public safety wireless broadband in Minnesota. It is available in five sections, which each focus on a different interest area in public safety broadband. This study will form the foundation of Minnesota public safety broadband planning efforts and our interaction with national entities such as Firstnet.
