What We Do
As a strategic partner with all 12 divisions, we strive to develop and deliver innovative human resource programs and services designed to increase the performance of the DPS workforce. Our core services include recruitment and retention, staffing, compensation, employee/labor relations, organizational development, employee benefits, wellness, safety and training.
Human Resources has a full-time staff of 14 at the Saint Paul, Town Square location.
