We are excited to announce the registration for the 2026 HSEM Governor’s Conference is open! The conference will be from February 9th – 11th at the Heritage Center in Brooklyn Park. The new SEOC officially opened in August. The facility was built to help Minnesota respond more quickly and effectively during emergencies and disasters, while incorporating uniquely Minnesota design elements, energy-efficient features and advanced communications systems.
