SEOC All Hazards Air Operations Plan
The Minnesota Air Operations Plan (MAOP) ensures coordination and prioritization of all official air operations conducted in response to a disaster within the State of Minnesota.
The MAOP provides planning and procedures to ensure the safety of aircrews, other responders and the public. It also guides operational planning by ensuring that air response requests are properly reviewed for both mission-effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
