To register to be notified of the offender’s release through the Minnesota Haven service (formerly Minnesota CHOICE), complete the request form on the Minnesota Haven website or contact the DOC Victim Assistance Program
Minnesota Haven is a service that has been developed by the DOC as a resource for victims of
offenders sentenced to the Commissioner of Corrections. Haven provides victims
