Principal Arrested Following ICAC Investigation

Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) agents on Tuesday arrested Timothy Scott Dorway, 44, at his home in Victoria. Mr. Dorway was arrested without incident and booked into the Carver County Jail on suspicion of possessing pornography involving minors.

BCA agents with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested Mr. Dorway following the execution of search warrants at Mr. Dorway’s residence and at Chanhassen High School in Chanhassen where Mr. Dorway is the principal.

The warrants were executed with assistance from investigators with the Carver County Sheriff’s Office. The BCA’s investigation is active and ongoing. Charges in this case are pending.
