ST. PAUL — The Minnesota State Patrol is looking for a suspect in an early morning shooting on I-35E in St. Paul. No one was injured in the shooting, reported shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday, but the victim’s vehicle was struck by a bullet in the rear driver’s side door.
