Reports on Minnesota traffic safety programs and projects
The Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) produces various, required reports that offer vital insights into Minnesota traffic safety programs and interventions designed to save lives. The reports are for federal and state agencies, legislators, traffic safety partners and anyone interested in Minnesota’s traffic safety efforts.
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reports
OTS submits annual reports to NHTSA that describe how federally funded programs are changing dangerous behaviors and preventing fatal and serious injury crashes.

Advisory Council on Traffic Safety (ACTS) reports
ACTS is a coalition of Minnesota’s departments of Health, Public Safety and Transportation, along with numerous traffic safety agencies and organizations across the state. It advises the governor, state legislators, heads of state departments and agencies on policies, programs and services affecting traffic safety. ACTS is required to create an annual report on overall traffic safety in the state and programs designed to prevent crashes and improve traffic safety.
