The mission of the Governor's Council on Fire Prevention and Control is to provide a focal point for the exchange of information, to develop the best possible fire education, protection and prevention services for the people of Minnesota and to coordinate the delivery of this information.
The Council meets on the fourth Wednesday of the odd-numbered months at various locations starting at 9 a.m. If you're interesting in attending a meeting or submitting information, contact State Fire Marshal Jerry Rosendahl (Council Secretary) for the meeting location.
