Many individuals have expressed concern over renewal dates (all licenses and certifications must be renewed prior to June 1 and expire on June 30) and associated late fees. Rest assured, the transition to this License Management System is meant to reinforce our ability to work with the industry in a manner befitting today’s technology, not hindering it. As with all new products, there will be unforeseen challenges to address, and the industry will be supported while we address these challenges. Therefore, individuals who are making a good faith attempt to work with the new software, and/or have submitted their applications, but our application process, payment, or approval is the source of the delay, will not be punished for the challenges of implementing this new process.

Hundreds of proactive individuals have already accessed their accounts and submitted their renewal applications. This level of early adoption by the industry is wonderful to see, and we hope everyone finds similar success. Please consider accessing your account and submitting your application early to ensure a seamless renewal process.

We must manually process nearly 800 applications every renewal period. This review process must be completed before you are eligible to make a payment. Please be patient while our staff completes the review. You will receive notification via the LMS when your application review is complete, and you can make payment. Please log-in to the LMS if you would like to check the status of your application. Our staff is incredibly busy and cannot stop reviewing applications to answer questions regarding the status of your application.
