At the Ecuadorian Consulate, Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) will provide information in person. We will provide information and handouts about how to get a driver's license, permit or identification card in Minnesota. All DVS events are free to attend.

The Ecuadorian Consulate offers services by appointment only for passports, powers, consular identification cards and renewal of citizenship papers. To secure an appointment and find out what to bring visit the official appointment site.
