The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Driver and Vehicle Services division (DPS-DVS) implemented a new system for motor vehicle transactions on Nov. 16, 2020. The Minnesota Drive (MNDRIVE) system replaced the Minnesota Licensing and Registration System (MNLARS).
Minnesota dealerships and fleet companies will use a website in the MNDRIVE system called e-Services for Business to conduct business with DPS-DVS, such as manage fleet accounts, renew dealer licenses and much more.
