What We Do

As a strategic partner with all DPS​ divisions, we strive to develop and deliver innovative human resource programs and services designed to increase the performance of the DPS workforce. Our core services include recruitment and retention, staffing, compensation, employee/labor relations, organizational development, employee benefits, wellness, safety and training.

Human Resources has a full-time staff of 14 at the Saint Paul, Town Square location.
