​​On October 22, 2015, the Board adopted the “2015 – 2020 Strategic Plan” for the POST Board.  The plan was the culmination of 10 months of assessment of POST’s programs and services, focus groups with Board members, members of the law enforcement community, stakeholders, staff and education coordinators, as well as a work session with POST Board members on July 23, 2015 in St. Paul.  Issues were identified; prioritized and next steps were discussed.  POST staff will be discussing the issues and determining strategies to achieve these priorities.
