BCA tip app

You can share tips about cases with the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) using the See it, Say it, Send it app from your cell phone or other electronic device. The app is free and your tips can be anonymous.
If the tip involves a case being investigated by another agency, the BCA will notify the local agency and offer assistance as needed.
- For tips related to school facilities - The BCA will triage the tips, notify local law enforcement and assist as needed with the response to criminal activity. The BCA will work with the Minnesota School Safety Center, the Minnesota Dept. of Education and schools to determine the appropriate response to tips that aren’t about criminal activity.
- For tips related to religious facilities - The BCA will triage the tips, notify local law enforcement and assist as needed with the response to criminal activity. The BCA will coordinate with religious facility leadership on tips that aren’t about criminal activity.
