What is International Registration Plan (IRP) registration?
IRP is an optional vehicle registration method that allows commercial vehicles to operate across multiple jurisdictions (interstate) with a single registration plate and cab card issued by the vehicle’s base jurisdiction.

What is International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)?
IFTA simplifies motor fuel tax collection among participating jurisdictions. Under IFTA, you file a quarterly fuel use tax return with your base jurisdiction, detailing distance traveled, fuel purchased, and taxes/credits in each jurisdiction. The base jurisdiction collects and distributes the funds to the participating jurisdictions.
