and include your full name and date of birth with your question.

Temporary Extended Hours: Phone calls and emails are generally answered from 7a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and Friday 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
 

Vehicle Services

Ownership transfers, titles, liens, vehicle registration - (651) 297-2126

and include your full name and the VIN or MN license plate number with your question.
