What are the different types of withdrawals for my driving privileges?

How can I find out if my driving privileges are under withdrawal?
If your driving privileges are withdrawn, DVS mails a notice of withdrawal of your driving privileges to the address on your driver record.

How to reinstate my driving privileges?
If your driving privileges are withdrawn, DVS mails a notice of withdrawal of your driving privileges to the address on your driver record. The notice also lists the requirements to reinstate your driving privileges.

Can I pay my reinstatement fee online and what do I need to do that?
- Your current Minnesota driver’s license, permit, or ID card number.
- A valid bank account and routing number for payment. Credit and debit cards are not accepted at this time.
- One of the letters from the list below from DVS issued to you after October 1, 2018. It will have a Letter ID in the format of L 9999999999. Valid letters include:
- Notice of Revocation
- Notice of Suspension
- Notice of Cancellation
- Notice of Withdrawal
- Failure to Appear Withdrawal Notice
