e-Services for business 

e-Services for Business is the online server used in IRP and/IFTA account management for the State of Minnesota. Almost all transactions needed to maintain IRP registration and IFTA license can be completed through e-Services for Business. Registered carriers can access e-Services for Business. 

Transactions 

Through e-Services, carriers can: 

• Complete Minnesota title transfers. 

• Submit IRP supplements. 

• Renew IRP registration. 

• File IFTA quarterly fuel tax returns. 

• Renew IFTA license. 

• Review history and submitted records 24/7. 

• Communicate directly with the DVS IRP/IFTA Business Unit on a secured electronic platform through Web Messages.  

• Receive instant notifications related to your IRP and IFTA accounts.  

• Submit audit documentation. 

• And more! 

Get started 

After your IRP and/or IFTA account is approved, you can create an e-Services account at e-Services for Business. Located under the Motor Carrier Services panel, click Register for e-Services for Business. You will need the FEIN for your account. This is required to request a registration letter. The registration letter will be mailed to you. Once you receive it, you can go back to the e-Services website and log in using the Letter ID from the registration letter immediately.
