Vehicle registration for new Minnesota resident

If you recently moved to Minnesota, you have 60 days to register your passenger vehicle, motorcycle, utility trailer or house trailer. You must register your vehicle immediately if the registration is expired or it is a commercial trailer or truck.

Register your vehicle at a deputy registrar office by mailing in a completed Application to title/register a vehicle with the appropriate fees
