​ST. PAUL —A man injured during a Nov. 28 officer involved shooting incident in Forest Lake has died. Bradley George Erickson, 47, of Forest Lake, died earlier today at Hennepin County Medical Center.

The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has identified the officers who discharged their weapons during the incident. All are on standard administrative leave.

• Forest Lake Police Officer Jonathan Glader has been in law enforcement for 16 years.
• Forest Lake Police Officer Matthew Smith has been in law enforcement for 17 years.
• Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy Greg Reiter has been in law enforcement for 26 years.

The Forest Lake Police Department released additional information about the incident on Nov. 28.

Portions of the incident were captured on body worn cameras and squad cameras.

​The BCA’s investigation of the officer involved shooting is ongoing. When the investigation is complete, the BCA will provide its findings without recommendation to the Washington County Attorney’s Office for review.
