The license is valid 1 year from the date approved

Wholesale of Wine, how do I apply?

Via mail submit the completed Wholesale Manufacturer Intoxicating application, a copy of the TTB Basic Permit, a surety bond or cashier’s check in the amount of $5,000, and the $3,750 licensing fee.

Wholesale of Malt Beverage, how do I apply?

Via mail submit the completed Wholesale Manufacturer Intoxicating application, a copy of the TTB Basic Permit or Brewer’s Notice, a surety bond or cashier’s check in the amount of $1,000, and the $1,000 licensing fee.

Wholesale of Intoxicating Liquor, how do I apply?

Via mail submit the completed Wholesale Manufacturer Intoxicating application, a copy of the TTB Basic Permit, a surety bond or cashier’s check in the amount of $10,000, and the $15,000 licensing fee.

Who needs a salesperson ID card? – 7515.0200 subd. 4

Each employee acting in the capacity of a salesperson or agent.  This authorizes them to solicit orders from licensed retailers.

I have a salesperson ID card for my Wholesale of Wine license; do I need one for my Wholesale of Malt Beverage license?

Yes, you need a salesperson ID card for each type of Wholesale license you solicit orders on behalf of.
