Offenses that occur in a noncommercial vehicle (car, pickup, motorcycle, etc) may lead to the disqualification of a commercial driver's license (CDL).

If you have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or were driving a vehicle that requires a CDL for operation, you may be subject to federal CDL disqualification (reference Minnesota Statute 171.165).
