Operator reporting forms available electronically

Several of our operator reporting forms are now available on our website to submit electronically.

The Annual Pipeline Operator Billing Information Form is due Feb. 9. You can fill it out here.
The Quarterly Utility Performance Reporting Survey is due quarterly. You can fill it out here.
The Request for Specific Information Form is due Feb. 23. Intrastate pipeline operators can fill it out here. The official RSI letter can be found here. Operators should review this letter before filling out the form.
