Minnesota dealers use the Minnesota Drive (MNDRIVE) e-Services for Business system to search vehicle records, submit transactions, file title notifications and manager their dealer license and dealer plates. ​

​Dealers who do not have a records access agreement with the Department of Public Safety Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) division need to complete and email the​ following to dvs.dataservices@state.mn.us.
