Request for Proposals: Sex Trafficking Investigation Grants 2025
The purpose of this request for proposals is to fund one-year grants with local, state and Tribal governments to support multijurisdictional task forces to investigate sex trafficking crimes.
Available Funding: $1,093,361 is available for grant awards. While there is not a cap on grant requests, awards are expected to be around $175,000.
Project Dates: This is a one-year grant period, January 1, 2025-December 31, 2025
Eligible Applicants: State and local units of government including cities, counties, townships; and Tribal governments are eligible to apply.

Request for Proposals: Hmong Community Mediation and Restorative Justice Grant Program 2025
The purpose of this request for proposals is to fund one grantee to provide community mediation and restorative justice services in the Hmong community.
Available Funding: $50,000 is available to award to one grantee
Project Dates: This is a one-year grant period, July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025
Eligible Applicants: Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations and must be registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State. Eligible applicants must be Minnesota- based and Minnesota-serving and provide mediation and dispute resolution services in the Hmong community.

Request for Proposals: Law Enforcement and Fire Department Therapy Dog Grant Program 2025
The Department of Public Safety, Office of Justice Programs (DPS-OJP) is requesting proposals to fund grants to support law enforcement agencies and fire departments to acquire, train, and maintain therapy dogs to aid in treating peace officers and firefighters suffering from job-related trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder and to assist in responding to calls involving persons in crisis.
Available Funding: $100,000 is available for the grant program.
Eligible law enforcement agencies and fire departments may receive grants of up to $10,000.
Project Dates: This is a one-year grant period, from around December 2024 through December 2025.
Eligible Applicants: Local, state, and tribal law enforcement agencies and fire departments.
Due Date: Monday, September 30, 2024 by 4:00 pm
