License Plates - Disability Plates

Information
To qualify for disability license plates, the applicant must be the owner (or primary operator if the vehicle is owned by a business) of the vehicle on which the license plates will be displayed, or is the custodial parent or guardian of a permanently disabled minor, or is the owner of a commercial rental motor vehicle that has been specially modified for and is used exclusively by permanently physically disabled people.
