Minnesota Statutes 403.113, subdivision 4 requires all cities, counties, or entities that operate a 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) to complete an annual audit of their Enhanced 911 Funds and to provide copies of the audits to the Department of Public Safety.

The Calendar Year 2021 E911 Fund Audit forms have all been sent out.  About half have been returned as of March 17th.  The rest are due by March 31, 2022 unless you have requested an extension.
